We are a Bargaining Unit created under the Provincial Schools Negotiations Act (Provincial Schools Negotiations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.35) and represent teachers in Provincial Schools for the Deaf, Blind, Deaf/blind and Adult Corrections. We represent approximately 207 (Jan 2017) teachers.
In place of a School Board we have the Provincial Schools Authority. The PSA is given legislative authority under the Provincial Schools Authority Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.35.
